Aglianico is an Italian varietal that is known to be high in acid, high in tannin, and full bodied. As a rosé, these characteristics lend an intriguing complexity to the wine. Our hands-off approach to crafting this wine allows the intrinsic qualities of Aglianico to shine. Aromas of wild strawberry and rhubarb carry through to the palate and the natural balance of fruit, acid and body make this wine both interesting and pleasing.
